定义「谁在画面中、长什么样」，是人物层锚点。与定妆照形成「文本+图像」双重锚定。

formal business attire in dark colors —— 过于笼统、未指定具体色、缺鞋履配饰。质量检查须验证外套/内搭/下装/鞋履四项。覆盖面部妆容、发型、整体造型印象。虽为 P3，但特定场景关键（医疗角色需 clean and professional appearance, minimal makeup）。

赋予角色生命力，含四维度：主体动作、手势细节、视线方向、身体语言。模糊描述（doing something）会导致随机摆动。
